The Notifier ACT-1 Audio Coupling Transformer Module is a high-reliability device designed to connect low-level audio signals to Notifier audio amplifiers or compatible input devices such as the ATG-2 Audio Tone Generator or AMG-1 Audio Message Generator. Ideal for use in emergency voice evacuation systems, the ACT-1 enhances signal integrity by isolating ground faults and rejecting common mode noise, reducing the risk of crosstalk from SLCs.
A single ACT-1 can support up to eight devices in the same cabinet, and up to seven ACT-1 modules can be connected on one low-level audio circuit. This makes it an essential component for distributed audio and paging applications in fire alarm and public address systems. Fully compatible with Notifier AA Series amplifiers, it ensures reliable, interference-free operation across large-scale installations.
