Description
The C-TEC NC802DB Standard Call Point is a compact and stylish call/reset device designed for use with C-TEC’s 800 Series Call System. It enables users to initiate Standard calls at the touch of a button and includes an integrated reset button to cancel local and zone-linked standard calls.
The unit features a 6.35mm remote jack socket, allowing optional connection to tail call leads, pressure mats, or other assistive triggering devices—ideal for use in care homes, hospitals, and assisted living facilities. A built-in red reassurance LED illuminates to confirm that a call has been successfully made.
Engineered for simplicity and durability, the NC802DB fits onto a standard UK 25mm single gang back box for flush or surface mounting.
