Description

The Paxton 373-210 P75 Compact Proximity Reader is a robust and reliable single-door access control system designed for secure site management. All control electronics are contained within the reader housing, making installation simple and discreet.

The Compact system can be deployed across multiple doors within a site, all using the same proximity cards or tokens. Supporting up to 10,000 users, it is ideal for small to medium access control applications requiring straightforward setup and operation.

The P series readers are supplied with black fascias as standard, with replacement fascias available in black and white/grey free of charge to Paxton registered installers.

Installation

• Connects with two wires to the lock and two wires to the power supply
• Optional two-wire connection for exit button
• Central rear cable exit for precise drilling and mounting
• Avoid installing on metal surfaces or near other proximity readers to maintain read range

Operation

• Tokens become valid immediately after enrolment
• Each user token comes with a shadow card for easy management
• Lost or barred tokens can be invalidated by presenting the shadow card to all readers
• Supports replacement and re-issuing of user tokens with minimal effort
