The Paxton 010-254 Vandal Resistant Reader is a durable and secure access control solution built for demanding environments. With a rugged metal surround and four security fixings, it provides long-lasting reliability in high-traffic or tamper-prone areas.
This reader supports multi-format tokens, including Paxton, MIFARE, HID Prox, EM, FeliCa, NFC, and DESFire, making it highly versatile for various site requirements. It communicates via secure RS485 encrypted connection with Paxton controllers, ensuring a trusted and seamless integration.
The unit comes with a 5m cable (extendable with Belden 8723) and features a centrally exiting wire for precise and easy installation. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor access control systems where strength and flexibility are required.
