Description
The C-TEC NC804DE Emergency Call Point is a high-priority, button-operated call/reset unit designed specifically for the 800 Series Call System. It enables users to trigger Emergency-level alerts and also includes a built-in reset button to cancel Emergency calls made from the unit, as well as Standard calls from other devices wired on the same zone (such as ensuite pull cords).
Perfect for use in care homes, hospitals, and assisted living facilities, this unit enhances staff response times during critical situations and provides peace of mind through its red reassurance LED, which clearly indicates when a call has been successfully placed.
Mounts on a standard UK 25mm single gang flush or surface back box, making it simple to install and integrate into new or existing 800 Series setups.
