Description
The NOTIFIER FST-951 Series Intelligent Thermal Detectors are the next-generation replacement for the FST-851, combining advanced thermal sensing with modern aesthetics. Designed to meet the demands of both system functionality and building design, these detectors deliver dependable protection against heat-related fire events in commercial and industrial environments.
Available in three models—135°F fixed-temperature, rate-of-rise, and 190°F high-temperature—the FST-951 series provides flexible thermal detection for a variety of applications. Whether used in areas prone to rapid temperature changes or high ambient heat, each model is engineered for precise, addressable performance.
The detectors operate on a two-wire SLC loop, communicate via analog protocols, and are compatible with FlashScan® and CLIP systems. Each unit features rotary decimal address switches for pinpointing detector locations and dual 360° LEDs that flash green during polling and glow red in alarm.
