The NOTIFIER MPS-24B Power Supply is a robust 24VDC unit designed for use with NOTIFIER System 5000 and XP Transponder fire alarm systems. This compact, high-efficiency module provides all necessary internal system power and supports up to 2.0 amps of regulated NAC output for operating external alarm notification appliances such as strobes, horns, and release solenoids.

Engineered for critical life safety applications, the MPS-24B includes a battery charging circuit supporting 6 to 15 amp-hour standby batteries, along with true battery supervision and visual LED indicators for AC fail, battery fault, and ground fault conditions. It offers 200 mA of regulated four-wire detector power (system dependent) and includes a high-efficiency DC/DC converter to provide stable 5V internal power.

With PTC resistors and circuit breakers replacing traditional fuses, the MPS-24B protects against overloads and short circuits without requiring maintenance. All external wiring connections are UL power-limited, ensuring safe and compliant installations.
