Description
The Notifier XP6-R Six Relay Control Module is designed to provide addressable control of external systems and devices within an intelligent fire alarm network. It offers six individually addressable Form-C dry contact relays, ideal for controlling HVAC systems, elevators, doors, or notification circuits during fire and emergency conditions.
Each XP6-R module uses a single Signaling Line Circuit (SLC) address for the first relay, while the remaining five relays are automatically assigned sequential addresses. Installers can disable up to three unused relays, enhancing configuration flexibility and system efficiency.
The module supports both normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) wiring configurations, allowing seamless integration with a wide range of controlled equipment. While the relay contacts are not supervised, the XP6-R includes LED indicators for each relay channel, which can be programmed to blink, latch on, or latch off based on system status.
