Description

The Simplex 4090-9010 Addressable Relay Module is designed to provide individual addressable control of a high-current relay through the IDNet communication channel used by Simplex fire alarm control panels. Supporting both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) contacts rated at 8 Amps, this versatile SPDT relay allows centralized control of remote equipment in fire safety systems.

The module operates as a low-power latching relay, enabling the IDNet line to supply both operating power and data without additional power sources. It is ideal for demanding control functions such as elevator recall, HVAC management, pressurization fans, and smoke damper operation. With only one device address required, the system remains scalable and efficient.
