Description
The NOTIFIER FST-951R is a high-performance intelligent thermal detector engineered for precision heat detection in commercial and industrial environments. This model offers dual-mode sensing: a 135°F (57°C) fixed temperature threshold and a rate-of-rise function, triggering an alarm if the temperature increases by 15°F (8.3°C) per minute or more.
Part of the advanced FST-951 Series, the FST-951R features a modern, low-profile design, making it ideal for installations that value aesthetics as well as performance. It uses a state-of-the-art thermistor sensing circuit to provide fast, accurate detection of abnormal heat conditions, offering open-area protection with 50-foot spacing capability (UL 521).
The sensor is compatible with FlashScan® and CLIP protocols and communicates in real time with NOTIFIER intelligent fire alarm control panels via a two-wire SLC loop. Rotary decimal address switches provide an easy and tool-free method for assigning unique addresses to each detector.
