Astroflame X Series Fire Pillows
X Series Fire Pillows are a practical and reliable solution for creating fire barriers in areas where services may change frequently. Designed for both temporary and permanent use, these flexible pillows are made from a waterproof glass cloth and filled with organic materials and intumescent additives that expand under heat to block fire and smoke.
They can be easily added, removed, or rearranged to suit different service layouts and have been tested with a range of installations, including metallic pipes, cable trays, ladders, and bunches. Suitable for use in block, concrete, and masonry walls or concrete floors up to 1m², they’re ideal for both indoor and outdoor environments, staying effective in temperatures from –5°C to +40°C. The X Series comes in three sizes to ensure a snug and secure fit for different opening dimensions.
