Description
The Notifier AEM-24AT Annunciator Expander Module is an advanced LED annunciator designed to expand the system point capacity of the ACM-24AT by an additional 24 annunciation and control points, enabling a maximum of 96 system points when three AEM-24ATs are connected to a single ACM base unit. Engineered for the ONYX® Series Fire Alarm Control Panels, legacy addressable panels, and Network Control Annunciators, this expander is ideal for large-scale fire protection systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings.
Each point on the AEM-24AT includes a color-programmable Alarm/Circuit On LED (red, green, or yellow), a Trouble LED, and a touch-pad switch for remote control functionality. The module uses a serial communication interface and supports remote mounting up to 6,000 feet (1,800 m) away from the main control panel.
The AEM-24AT supports multiple display modes, including alarm-only dense layouts, and can be configured for manual system relay control, including silence, reset, and evacuate functions. Plug-in terminal blocks, on-board end-of-line resistor configuration, and microprocessor-controlled supervision simplify both installation and maintenance.
This module is the optimal solution for enhancing situational awareness and control across fire alarm zones, fan control systems, and remote relay interfaces in complex environments like malls, hospitals, educational facilities, hotels, and industrial plants.
